BCSD goes for the technology piece

Using Google Forms, I simply created a pre-registration form for this upcoming year of tournaments, camps, and happenings.  Go here to see.  The plan is to also include a paypal means of paying for the tournaments (more on that later).  Coupling the Google Forms with the free educator's app or addon, Flubaroo, I am also able to send a confirmation e-mail to all respondents.

The information gets dumped into Google Spreadsheets and voila.  I got the information for pre-registrants and import it into WinTD.
